In his first session, "Integrating Calls and Clicks: Establishing the Multi-Media Contact Center," March 5, Fiszer will address issues of customer care during the introduction of converging communications technologies. Fiszer will be featured on a panel in the wireless market track with Eli Borodow, president, Telephony@Work Inc., also moderated by Call Center Magazine's Fleischer.

Fiszer is responsible for eGain's worldwide marketing activities. He holds a B.S. degree in mathematics from City University of New York The City University of New York (CUNY; acronym: IPA pronunciation: [kjuni]), is the public university system of New York City.  and was a Sloan Fellow at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Fiszer has written a number of published articles on call centers and computer telephony See CTI, VoIP and IP telephony.
