WHAT:       blueprint will unveil the world's first public
            comprehensive Biomolecular Interaction Network Database
            (BIND) available at www.blueprint.org. blueprint's BIND
            database enables researchers to easily find the quality
            data needed to speed the development of new medicines.

WHY:        Researchers need a standardized and centralized database
            to verify research results and derive insight from the
            global assembly of data. Currently, existing biomolecular
            data is presented in varying formats and is held in
            disparate locations.
