WHO & WHAT:

Zhone Technologies, Inc., the first company dedicated to building comprehensive delivery solutions for voice, data, and content services, will feature three speakers at the Spring 2001 Voice On the Net (VON) conference in Phoenix, March 20-23, 2001. Zhone speakers will participate in a preconference workshop, present an industry perspective, and take part in a conference panel discussion.

Chris Daniels, assistant vice president of product strategy for Zhone, will speak at a preconference workshop on PSTN/IP Gateways on Tuesday, March 20. On Thursday, March 22, Jeanette Symons, co-founder and CTO, will deliver an industry perspective to conference attendees, and Jose Garcia, director of product management for voice gateway products, will participate on a panel entitled "Next-Generation Local Loop." Other speakers on the panel include Daphne Page from Occam Networks, John Laser from Metaswitch Group, Mike Bursetti from Northpoint Communications, and Thomas Miller of Turin Networks.
