             College (ETC) Games(TM) sponsored by Pontiac Aztek on the
             Campus of Rutgers University in tandem with the Rutgers
             Spring Fest 2001!

          WHAT: The ETC Games are the first-ever national college vs.
              college extreme sports competition. The ETC Games include
              Wall Climbing, Speed Wall Climbing, Razor(TM)Scooter
              Competitions, Adventure Racing and much more...

          WHEN: Friday, April 27th 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

          WHY: The Extreme Team College Games will rollout to 15 college
             campuses throughout Spring 2001 and will be broadcast over
             ZILO TV's proprietary college television network reaching
             3.8 million subscribers nationwide and streamed for
             broadband users on ZILO.com. The ETC Games will feature
             students from the host college and students from
             surrounding colleges who are invited to compete and can
             register online at www.zilo.com. Cash & prizes and the
             opportunity to be on national TV will be awarded to
             students who brave ZILO's Extreme Team College Games.
