SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 2004

WHAT:  YoungExecs for Kids will be co-hosted by several other local
       organizations and all proceeds from the event will go to
       Transplants for Children and the Children's Bereavement Center.

WHERE: San Antonio Technology Center
       3463 Magic Drive
       San Antonio, Texas 78229

WHEN:  Thursday, May 27, 2004 from 5:30pm - 9:00pm

WHY:   The event will feature free pizza, margaritas, and much more!

       Tickets cost $20 each and can be purchased online at
       www.youngexecs.org. Please note that there are only 200 tickets
       available for this event.

       YoungExecs was created for 35 and under business professionals
       for the encouragement of community involvement, education of
       real-world business, and the collaboration of members to help
       each other's business objectives.

       The YoungExecs has ongoing community outreach projects which
       include clothing drives, fundraising assistance, and various
       other volunteering. Working closely with non-profit and
       community organizations, the YoungExecs finds ways for its
       members to get involved and establish a presence in the San
       Antonio community.

       The YoungExecs also brings in experienced business leaders to
       help educate and mentor members on a one-on-one basis. Through
       guest speakers, panelists, special programs and conferences,
       the YoungExecs aims to educate our members on business,
       professional development, and the city around us.
