ADVISORY/World Premiere Screening of the Last Peanuts Video Made Under the Supervision of Charles Schulz to Take Place in the Hometown of the Famous Artist and Storyteller.

WHAT:       Charles Schulz's hometown of Saint Paul, Minn., rolls out
            the red carpet for the world premiere of Paramount Home
            Entertainment's new Peanuts title, "It's the Pied Piper,
            Charlie Brown," which is released for the first time on
            video and DVD on Sept. 12. In this last special developed
            under the supervision of creator Charles Schulz, Snoopy
            becomes the Pied Piper Beagle and saves a town overrun by
            soccer-playing, river-dancing, sports mice. The new video
            also includes exclusive retrospective commentary from
            Schulz.

            Part of the summer-long "Peanuts on Parade" celebration in
            the city of Saint Paul, Charles Schulz's memory lives on
            through the creation of a series of Snoopy statues, placed
            on display throughout the city. Celebrating the joy he
            brought to people across the globe, Paramount Home
            Entertainment invites you to join 100 kids dressed as
            mice, as they re-enact the all-new retelling of the
            beloved fairy tale and enjoy a premiere screening of the
            direct-to-video title.

WHO:        Recording artist David Benoit, who composed the original
            music for "It's the Pied Piper, Charlie Brown," will open
            the premiere with a Peanuts musical tribute. Joined by
            students from Linwood A+, an elementary school in Schulz's
            boyhood neighborhood, Snoopy and local children will march
            in a mouse parade to kick off the day's events.
