--(BUSINESS WIRE)

WHO: Baltimore Zoo
            Termidor(R) Termite Control

WHAT: The 2004 Towering Termite Tour, the world's largest
traveling interactive termite exhibit housed in a
two-story high inflatable termite, is swarming into
Baltimore. Designed to educate and entertain kids and
their parents, the belly of this bug (which is 69,000
times the size of a real termite) houses terrariums of
real termite colonies, unusual materials attacked by
termites like piano keys and magazines, fun learning
games, strange but true termite facts (for every human on
Earth, entomologists calculate there may be as many as
1,000 pounds of termites!) and valuable take home
information for parents. Admission to the event is free
with entrance to the Baltimore Zoo.

WHERE: Baltimore Zoo
            Druid Hill Park
            Baltimore, MD

WHEN: Friday, May 7 10am to 4pm
            Saturday, May 8 10am to 4pm
            Sunday, May 9 10am to 4pm

WHY: Baltimore is in the heart of termite country, and the
Baltimore Zoo is famous for presenting kid-focused, fun
exhibits. Termidor Termite Control has created the
Towering Termite Tour to educate Maryland families about
the newest, most effective ways to protect their homes
from costly termite damage, while providing an enriching
and entertaining science exhibit to curious youngsters.
