(BUSINESS WIRE)--Young artists have the opportunity of a lifetime, thanks to a competition being held by the European Space Agency European Space Agency (ESA), multinational agency dedicated to the promotion, for exclusively peaceful purposes, of cooperation among European states in space research and technology. . Kids between the ages 8 to 12, from ESA's 15 member states and Canada, are being asked to create a flag representing the Earth, by drawing, painting or by making a collage collage (kəläzh`, kō–) [Fr.,=pasting], technique in art consisting of cutting and pasting natural or manufactured materials to a painted or unpainted surface—hence, a work of art in this medium. . The winning flag will then be blasted blast·ed
