WHO:    Stephen Bosworth, Dean of The Fletcher School - the world's
        first graduate school in international relations - and Fares
        Center for Eastern Mediterranean Studies Chair Leila Fawaz,
        will lead a team of experts from across Tufts University,
        including:

        -- Antonia Chayes--former Under Secretary of the U.S. Air
           Force and an expert in international politics, law,
           conflict resolution, Iraq, Afghanistan and the war on
           terrorism:
           "What is the potential for attacks on the U.S.?"

        -- Andrew Hess, former executive with the Arabian American Oil
           Company in Saudi Arabia (1978-84), and program director,
           Southwest Asia and Islamic Civilization.
           "Why we won't see democracy in the Middle East for decades.
           Who will lead Iraq?"

        -- Hurst Hannum, Director, Center for Human Rights and
           Conflict Resolution
           "Why our international counterparts disagree with our
           strategy, especially regarding Saddam Hussein. Are they
           right?"

        -- William Moomaw, one of the world's top experts in
           international environmental policy and a constant force in
           the world's top environmental forums.
           "Why we need to consider the issue of water as seriously as
           we do oil. Dreadful environmental health threats on the
           horizon: water, air, and access to sanitation facilities"

        -- Malik Mufti, political scientist and renowned expert on the
           Middle East.
           "Why this situation will be the defining foreign policy
           Issue of the Century."

        -- George Saperstein, expert in cross-border livestock disease
           and sustainable agriculture at New England's only
           veterinary school.
           "Most people don't know that veterinarians in Iraq work for
           the government. So if the government is unstable, the
           veterinary infrastructure is gone. This greatly increases
           chances of spreading infectious disease across borders."

        -- Jeffrey Taliaferro, expert in U.S. foreign policy and
           security studies.
