        demonstrating the Wavelink Mobile Manager product.

   WHAT: Wavelink will be demonstrating its network management
        solution that will enable enterprises to rapidly deploy and
        manage wireless network systems from multiple manufacturers,
        and integrate their wired and wireless networks. With Wavelink
        Mobile Manager, an enterprise can reduce its wireless LAN
        deployment and maintenance costs by eliminating the need to
        manually configure, monitor and troubleshoot wireless LAN
        network components such as access points and mobile devices.
        Additionally, Wavelink's Mobile Manager enables enterprises to
        centrally manage and monitor remote wireless LAN locations,
        and, at the same time, enhance the security of those networks.

        Wavelink will also be demonstrating the company's unique
        wireless application development platform, featuring an
        advanced thin-client server technology. Wavelink will be
        demonstrating a healthcare application running over both the
        wireless LAN network and the wide area CDPD (Mobile Internet)
        network operating on a variety of handheld devices.
