Present will be board members of the Washington/Baltimore Regional 2012 Coalition, the group mounting the region's bid.

The regional bid effort is being supported by the principal business-supported organizations in both Baltimore Baltimore, city (1990 pop. 736,014), N central Md., surrounded by but politically independent of Baltimore co., on the Patapsco River estuary, an arm of Chesapeake Bay; inc. 1745.  and Washington, including the Greater Baltimore Committee, the Greater Baltimore Alliance, the D.C. Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Washington Board of Trade The Greater Washington Board of Trade is a network of business and non-profit leaders in Washington, D.C.

From modest beginnings in 1889, the Greater Washington Board of Trade has grown into a powerful force for the Washington, D.C.
