  WHO:      In an exclusive interview, Vice President Dick Cheney
            will be a guest on CNBC's "Kudlow & Cramer" to discuss
            President Bush's new Economic Growth Plan, with emphasis
            on the proposal to eliminate the taxation of dividends;
            the war on terror, the crises with Iraq and North Korea
            and whether military action is imminent; and how these
            geo-political tensions are affecting Wall Street.

            In his first in-depth primetime interview, newly appointed
            Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist will sit down with Alan
            Murray, CNBC Washington Bureau Chief and co-host of
            "Capital Report," to discuss pushing President Bush's tax
            proposal through the Senate, the possibility of going to
            war with Iraq and his thoughts regarding the current
            situation with North Korea. Murray will also ask Frist
            about potential conflicts of interests regarding his
            holdings in HCA, the largest for-profit hospital chain in
            the country, which the Frist family founded.
