WHEN: Noon, Wednesday, April 21, 2004
WHY: Denim Day rallies mark the occasion of an Italian Supreme
Court ruling that overturned a rape conviction because the
female victim wore jeans. The justices reasoned that the rape
victim must have helped her attacker remove her jeans, which
they felt implied consent.
