WHAT:     Urban Marketplace 2003 is a unique conference promoting
          investment and development in L.A.'s urban neighborhoods.
          Past attendees have included developers, investors, lenders,
          brokers, planners, architects, local officials, attorneys,

          second panel will center on techniques for raising equity
          debt and government grants for development.
