WHAT:             A press conference is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.,
                  Thursday, April 5, 2001 to provide updates on the
                  case of James (Jim) Cuddy who has been missing since
                  Tuesday, April 3, 2001. Cuddy is Vice President of
                  Construction Services for American Land Housing
                  Group of North Miami Beach.

WHERE:            Boca Raton TRI-RAIL Station
                  601 NW 53rd Street (next to Embassy Suites and One
                  Park Place)

WHO:              Jim Cuddy's wife, parents and children will be
                  joined by volunteers to initiate a poster campaign
                  and update the media on other developments.

FACTS/DEVELOPMENTS:
                  Jim Cuddy of Ft. Lauderdale has been missing since
                  Tuesday, April 3 at approximately 10:00 a.m. He was
                  last heard from on his cellphone as he was having
                  car trouble on northbound I95 near the Yamato road
                  exit in a green Jeep Cherokee with Virginia license
                  plates of ZCX3102. It was believed that two
                  individuals stopped to help him.

                  Volunteers will begin posting notices throughout the
                  area today. They will be wearing tee-shirts with
                  "Friend of Jim" on the front and his picture with
                  telephone number and "Reward" on the back. Cuddy's
                  family will have tee-shirts that say "Family of Jim"
                  on the front.

                  Increases to the reward will be announced.
