    address the International Aviation Club on Tuesday in Washington.
    He will discuss several critical issues facing the aviation
    community, including the need to continue liberalizing air rights
    between various countries around the world. According to Eskew,
    now is not the time for the U.S. aviation community to "play
    defense" when it comes to opening global markets.
