WHAT:          Rep. Pascrell and Mayor Semler will join officials
               from the Bank of New York and Fannie Mae (FNM/NYSE),
               the nation's largest source of financing for home
               mortgages, to celebrate with a local Passaic family
               on the purchase of their first home. The Congressman
               also will welcome Fannie Mae's New Jersey
               Partnership Office to the state's eighth district.
