program on "Applying New CT Technology to Cardiovascular Imaging."
Toshiba America Medical Systems -- an innovative leader in

and coordinates clinical diagnostic imaging research for all
modalities in the United States.

What:
Targeted for physicians and other allied health professionals, the
program will provide an understanding of the advantages and practical
use of multislice computed tomography (CT) technology for hospitals
and outpatient cardiology practices. The program also will discuss
important topics, including:

-- Identifying and quantifying calcified and non-calcified plaque
for risk stratification

-- Advantages of CT imaging for peripheral vasculature studies
