ADVISORY/Tillamook Cheese Iron Chef Competition to Benefit Food Bank of the Rockies.

What:     Four Denver-area chefs will compete in the Tillamook Cheese
          Iron Chef Competition in downtown Denver on September 25,
          benefiting the Food Bank of the Rockies. Key ingredients
          used in the dishes will be items the Food Bank most needs,
          and true to Iron Chef contest form these items will be a
          surprise for the chefs until right as each cook-off begins.
          For each person who comes down to watch the chefs compete,
          Tillamook Cheese will donate a portion of Tillamook(R)
          cheese or the monetary equivalent to the Food Bank. Viewers
          will also have an opportunity to sample the dishes and
          Tillamook cheese, and are encouraged to bring a canned food
          item.

When:     Thursday, September 25
          10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
          (Actual cooking/competition times will be from
          10:30 - 11:00 a.m., noon - 12:30 p.m., and 1:30 - 2:00 p.m.)

Where:    Denver Pavilions
          Tented area located at Glenarm and 16th Street
          (In front of Hard Rock Cafe)

Who:      Tillamook Cheese is sponsoring the Iron Chef competition,
          which will feature four area chefs from restaurants
          including Wolfgang Pucks Cafe, Maggiano's Little Italy, The
          Broadmoor, and McCormick's Fish House & Bar.  Proceeds go to
          the Food Bank of the Rockies, which last year distributed
          more than 11 million pounds of food -- enough to prepare
          almost 8.7 million meals.

Cost:     Free to everyone

Details:  The competition will feature three separate 30-minute
          cook-offs, each featuring two chefs. The winners of the
          first two cook-offs will compete in the third competition to
          be the overall winner. Five judges will critique the
          competing chefs' dishes based upon creativity, taste, and
          appearance.

          Main ingredients in each dish will be items the Food Bank
          needs and rarely receives and will be a surprise to the
          chefs involved in the competition, to ensure the creation of
          innovative new recipes on-the-fly.

          Samples of chef dishes as well as Tillamook(R) cheese will
          be available for onlookers to taste. In addition, for every
          person who stops by the competition, Tillamook will donate
          to the Food Bank of the Rockies an ounce of cheese or the
          monetary equivalent. Food donation bins will also be present
          at the event for visitors to drop off canned food for the
          Food Bank.
