Assignment/News Writers

ADVISORY...for Sun.-Sat. (April 22-28)

--(BUSINESS WIRE)

EVENT From April 22-28, The Salvation Army of Greater
Philadelphia recognizes the commitment of local
volunteers and invites others to donate their
time, talents, and energy to service projects
                    and activities in their communities.

Whether it is tutoring a child, serving meals at a
local shelter, delivering meals to the elderly -
The Salvation Army provides opportunities for
Philadelphians to give back to their communities
through volunteering. By reaching out to those in
need, Salvation Army volunteers can improve the
quality of life for someone less fortunate and
                    restore hope in their lives.
