WHO:       The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission, comprised of
           Los Angeles area political, business and community leaders.

WHAT:      A news conference to announce that the Los Angeles Memorial
           Coliseum Commission is filing a federal anti-trust lawsuit
           against the United States Soccer Federation and Major
           League Soccer.

WHERE:     The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum
           Figueroa Street entrance at 39th, park in front of
           turnstile at Coliseum entrance (at statues).

WHEN:      Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2001, at 10:00 a.m.

STORY:     Los Angeles soccer fans are being deprived of access to
           world-class, international professional soccer matches by
           practices called "anti-competitive," "arbitrary and
           discriminatory."
