Broadcasts From Hatfield Hatfield, town (1991 pop. 33,174), Hertfordshire, SE England. Hatfield was designated one of the new towns in 1948 to alleviate overpopulation in London. The plans for this new town were coordinated with those of nearby Welwyn Garden City. , PA Amoco Station

WHO:     WXTU - 92.5 FM XTU, a Beasley Broadcast Group radio station,
         Philadelphia's country radio station, and the "Evans & Andie"
         morning show announce the return of the Gas Man.

WHAT:    Dusting off his cape and tights, Flyin' Brian, the Philly
         Guy's faithful sidekick, is returning to save Philadelphia
         area drivers from record high gas prices. Pumping gas for
         $0.92 a gallon for 92 minutes, the Gas Man will be
         broadcasting live back to "Evans & Andie" in the studio with
         updates on the morning's event. Listeners showing up at the
         Amoco station will also have an opportunity to win tickets to
         the 92.5 XTU 20th Anniversary Show in June and to participate
         in other promotions.

WHERE/   Wednesday, March 31 at the Amoco Gas Station, 1505 Cowpath
WHEN:    Road, Hatfield, Pennsylvania. Starting at 7:00 a.m., the Gas
         Man will be broadcasting live and pumping cheap gas for area
         listeners who can make it to the Amoco station during the 92
