California's "Top Dogs!" The Lottery held
preliminary contests statewide and decided on 10
finalists from each of four metropolitan areas
(Sacramento, San Francisco, San Diego and Los
Angeles) to compete in the final contests for a
chance to appear on the upcoming "Top Dog"
Scratchers ticket.
The Southern California finals are being held and
will feature the finalists from Los Angeles and San
Diego. The Northern California finals were held in
January. One dog and one runner up from each city
will be chosen to appear on the Scratchers ticket to
be introduced later this year.
