Who:    Dr. Chris Rowen, president and CEO of Tensilica, Inc.
        Tensilica is the leading supplier of extensible, configurable
        microprocessor IP for integration into system-on-chip (SOC)
        devices. Well-known semiconductor and systems companies have
        licensed Tensilica's Xtensa configurable processor
        architecture for integration into more than 50 designs.

What:   Dr. Rowen will discuss the fundamental shift occurring in
        processor design for SOC applications and will share his
        unique vision of the coming configurable "Sea of Processors"

Dr. Chris Rowen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tensilica. He founded Tensilica in July 1997 to develop and proliferate automatic generation of application-specific microprocessors for communication and, consumer systems. He was a pioneer in the development of RISC RISC
