WHAT:    She's the multi-talented star of Disney's hit show That's So
         Raven, the voice of Monique on Kim Possible, and the lead in
         the upcoming feature film, All American Girl. Many remember
         her as the adorable Olivia in the long-running The Cosby
         Show.

         Raven joins the ever-expanding roster of top name talent
         that's featured in Hasbro, Inc.'s Tiger Electronics' HITCLIPS
         and VIDEONOW. Her first HitClips disc, Grazin' in the Grass,
         will be available in early Fall 2004.

         She will also be featured in an exclusive series of 'behind
         the scenes' programs created exclusively for VideoNow,
