                    Throughout Two-Day Pro-Am Event

WHAT:    Come out to the 2002 SBC Senior Golf Classic Celebrity Pro-Am
         event, sponsored by SBC Communications Inc., parent company
         of SBC Pacific Bell.

WHO:     Celebrities from motion pictures, television and the music
         industry participate in the SBC Senior Golf Classic Pro-Am
         tournament. This year's celebrity guests include: Wayne
         Gretzky, Alice Cooper, Rick Dees, Kathy Lee Crosby, Gil
         Gerard, Tony Plana and others.

WHERE:   The beautiful Valencia Country Club located in the heart of
         the Santa Clarita Valley at: 27330 North Tourney Road,
         Valencia, Calif. 91355. The Country Club can be reached by
         calling: 805-287-1880.

WHEN:    Pro-Am foursomes are scheduled to tee off Wednesday, Feb. 27,
         and Thursday, Feb. 28, beginning at 7 a.m. and continue
         throughout the afternoon each day. Senior pros and
         celebrities are available for interviews prior to teeing it
         up or at the "19th hole" clubhouse after their rounds.

VISUAL:  Catch Senior PGA pros paired up with some of golf's favorite
         celebrity players as they putt, swing and chip for charity.
