Biography of Vincent Kadar, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder, Taral Networks

Vincent Kadar has over 12 years experience in engineering, product management, and new business development in the telecommunications and Internet industries. Prior to co-founding Taral Networks, Vince served as director of wireless technology at Saraide/InfoSpace Inc. where he was tasked with defining the company's wireless strategy and developing complementary wireless technology components for the carrier market. Before InfoSpace, Vince served as a senior software/systems architect at CrossKeys Systems Corporation, a provider of telecommunications network A telecommunications network is a of telecommunications links and nodes arranged so that messages may be passed from one part of the network to another over multiple links and through various nodes.  and service management systems. Dr Jiwei Wang is also an active participant in the 3GPP working group for MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) An enhanced transmission service that enables graphics, video clips and sound files to be transmitted via cellphones. Developed as part of the 3GPP project, MMS phones are generally backward compatible with SMS and EMS. , as well as the CTIA's Wireless Internet Caucus, where he serves on the privacy and security, and billing action teams. He earned a Ph.D. in computer science and an M.Sc. in intelligent knowledge based systems from Essex University in Colchester, UK, and a B.Sc. in software engineering from Nanjing University in Nanjing, China.
