WHAT: Changepoint has launched a new program -- the Changepoint

PSA Challenge. Modeled after the existing Changepoint

Fit-to-Business offering, the Changepoint PSA Challenge is a

two-day hands-on solution review and configuration session

that will give IT professional services organizations

considering purchasing PSA software a preview of the solution

and a risk free way to assess the business benefits of PSA.

Changepoint also will extend a money back guarantee on the

projected ROI to purchasers of our software, subsequent to

implementation.

HOW: The PSA Challenge makes the following offer: In exchange for

US $10,000, Changepoint will:

-- Develop a customized PSA Solution Analysis Checklist in

conjunction with the organization and conduct a

"pre-configuration" questionnaire.

-- Fly the participants to Changepoint headquarters or have

Changepoint consultants travel to their location.

-- Conduct an interactive two-day fit-to-business session based

on a pre-session needs analysis. During the fit-to-business,

participants and Changepoint consultants will configure a

server to match the structure and environment of the

participating company.

-- Produce a customized ROI calculation based on the IDC model

for PSA ROI analysis, which demonstrates the potential return

and payback period on the purchase and investment in

Changepoint software.

-- Offer an optional ROI Guarantee on the payback period as

calculated in the session, if the customer elects to move

ahead with a full implementation of the Changepoint solution

within 15 days of the session.

At the conclusion of the Fit-to-Business, participants will have

three choices:

-- Go live with Changepoint - continue to work with Changepoint

client services to implement the full solution.

-- Go live with a hosted version of Changepoint - continue to

work with Changepoint client services to implement the full

solution based on a hosted server.

-- Walk away without obligation.

The PSA Challenge can take place in Toronto, Chicago or on site at

the customer's location. Included in this fee is three days of a

Changepoint consultant's time (1 for pre-configuration, 2 with the

customer in a session), a customized ROI and payback period

calculation, a PSA Solution Analysis Checklist and eligibility to

receive the Changepoint ROI Guarantee.
