WHO:      THQ Inc. is a leading, worldwide developer and publisher of
          interactive entertainment software for a variety of hardware
          platforms including PC CD-ROM, wireless devices, and those
          manufactured by Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc.,
          Nintendo and Microsoft. The THQ web site is located at

          THQ has entered into a three-season agreement with Clear
          Channel Entertainment to be the new title sponsor of the
          THQ World Supercross GP Series.

WHAT:     THQ World Supercross GP, the premier motorcycle racing
          series in the world, will kick off the 2003 North American
          racing season at Edison International Field in Anaheim,
          California January 4th.  The series includes 17 events
          (Anaheim marks round three) across North America and Europe,
          with live event spectators totaling more than 800,000
          people, as well as significant broadcast exposure.

          12:00 p.m. qualifying practice
          7:30 p.m. main event
