WHAT:               All 250 of Synygy's Philadelphia-area employees
                    will assemble as a group to form the number
                    "500"


WHEN:               Wednesday, October 24, 2001, at Noon.

                    Employees will begin assembling at 11:50 AM. The
                    Spring Mill Fire Company will use its ladder truck
                    to take an aerial picture of the employees. The
                    event will conclude around 12:15 PM


WHERE:              The Helicopter Pad at the Spring Mill Fire
                    Company, Conshohocken, PA

                    At the intersections of Hector Street and North
                    Lane, across the street from Synygy's Lee Park
                    offices, in Conshohocken, PA.


BACKGROUND:         Conshohocken-based software firm Synygy
                    (pronounced "SIN-uh-gee") has been named for a
                    fifth time to Inc. magazine's list of the 500
                    fastest-growing privately held companies in the
                    U.S.

                    Employees at Synygy today celebrated this
                    milestone by forming a living "500" in the parking
                    lot outside the company headquarters.

                    As a five-time Inc. 500 honoree, Synygy has also
                    now become a permanent member of the Inc.
                    500 Hall of Fame.

                    Synygy is only the second Pennsylvania-based
                    company to enter the Inc. 500 Hall of Fame.
