WHAT:   Swire Properties has managed to top the industry again, with
        its 10th successful building on Brickell Key. The Miami
        development pioneer will break ground on a new residential
        project, Carbonell -- an homage to Cuban sculptor Manuel
        Carbonell -- and unveil the 84-year-old artist's signature
        creation, slated to be displayed upon completion of the
        building bearing his name. The Carbonell condominium already
        has firm contracts on more than 70 percent of its 284 units.
        Rising 40 stories, the building will overlook the Miami River
        and offer sweeping views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne
        Bay.
