WHAT: Minna Lessig, 1997 Ms. Fitness USA and NPC National Fitness Champion, is
slated to conduct a free exercise class and sign autographs in Macy's Court at
Mall of America on Saturday, March 10. WHO: Minna Lessig is one of the fitness
industry's hottest new personalities. With a degrees in biology and exercise
physiology, her solid fitness and elite athletic background has given her a
personal training client list that ranges from world-class moms to world-class
athletes. She is the executive editor of "Women's International Health" and has
contributed to publications such as "Muscle and Fitness," "M&F Hers Magazine"
and the Miami Herald. Lessig also has appeared on fitness-related television
shows for Crunch, Reebok and ESPN2. In addition, she has been seen on
"Entertainment Tonight," "Inside Edition" and a number of morning and late
night shows.      Lessig's "Strength and Grace" video combines strength and
training exercises with the conditioning power of yoga as an innovative
approach to total body conditioning. The "Fat Eliminator" video is composed of
easy-to-follow circuit training designed to burn fat, increase muscle tone and
sculpt the body. It alternates effective fat burning cardiovascular and target
