WHAT:   The Grand Opening of the SunGard eSourcing Managed Hosting
        Center, a 100,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art, facility
        providing managed hosting, Internet infrastructure and high
        bandwidth networking services for companies across the region
        and around the country. Several hundred business and civic
        leaders are registered to attend. The Grand Opening ceremony
        will feature a Virtual Ribbon Cutting that promises to be a
        memorable audio/visual experience.

        Preceding the Grand Opening Ceremony, regional business
        leaders will attend a SunGard-hosted symposium entitled
        "Leading the Way: The Future of Technology Companies in the
        Region." Intended to address the technology, infrastructure
        and human capital challenges facing the Greater Philadelphia
        region as it continues to grow its technology base, the
        symposium will kick off with a keynote address by Mike
        Ruettgers, Executive Chairman of EMC Corporation.

        Following Ruettgers' address there will be a Panel Discussion
        featuring:

      --  U.S. Representative Curt Weldon

      --  Rob McCord; CEO, Eastern Technology Council and Managing
        Director, PA Early Stage Partners

      --  Mike Ruettgers; Executive Chairman, EMC Corporation

      --  Jim Simmons; CEO, SunGard Business Continuity and Internet
        Services

        Donna Scott, VP and Research Director, Gartner Group will
        moderate the discussion.
