WHAT:     Winners from 50 states and the District of Columbia match
          geography wits in a competition for $150,000 in college
          scholarships in the AAA Travel High School Challenge.  The
          national stage of the contest begins Saturday morning (May
          10) with a written test that narrows the field from 51 to
          12, then finishes Sunday morning (May 11) with game show-
          style playoffs among the remaining students.

WHO:      High school students from all 50 states and the District of
          Columbia.  Each student has already won a state competition,
          a $1000 scholarship and the trip to Orlando to compete in
          the finals.

WHEN:     Saturday, May 10, 8:30, Round 1 Written Test
          Sunday, May 11, 9 a.m. to noon, Game show-style Semifinals
          and Finals
