        Mr. Dines has spent over 25 years in the semiconductor
        industry. Prior to joining Azanda in 2001, Mr. Dines was
        president and CEO of Excess Bandwidth Corporation, and managed
        the company's 2000 acquisition by Virata Corporation. He also
        spent eight years at Cirrus Logic, where he managed the mass
        storage business unit. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dines held a
        variety of product planning and strategic marketing roles with
        AMD in both the US and Europe.
