WHAT:         The first annual Laugh Fest on Labor Day Weekend brings
              some of the nations most popular and talented comedians
              to South Florida for a Labor Day celebration full of
              sidesplitting hysterics.

              production  company,  presents the first annual Laugh
              Fest on Labor Day Weekend featuring:

            --  Mike Epps, a nationally renowned comedian and actor
                whose unique humor is showcased in Friday After Next,
                All About the Benjamins, How High, Dr. Dolittle 2,
                Bait, 3 Strikes, Next Friday and is currently in Los
                Angeles filming All About the Benjamins II.

            --  Alex Thomas, presently on the new hit comedy Straight
