Spitzer was elected governor in the November 2006 election.  will be the guest speaker at the New York Financial Writers' Association's Annual Awards Dinner. He will be introduced by former SEC Chairman Arthur Levitt. Jane Bryant Quinn Jane Bryant Quinn (born February 5, 1939) is an American journalist.

She was born in Niagara Falls, New York, and she graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College in Vermont. She is a contributing editor for Newsweek and has a weekly article in Newsweek.
 will also receive the Elliott V. Bell Award, the NYFWA's recognition of a journalist's long-term contribution to the field of financial journalism.
