      Tomorrow, Thursday, May 9, Spirit Airlines will "unveil" its new
brand to the media and VIPs in Detroit.
      Spirit's CEO and other key executives will be at the event to
discuss what's next for the airline and will be available for all
questions.

WHEN and WHERE:
---------------

      At 10 am in the big blue Spirit Airlines hangar, the curtain will
fall and the new Spirit Airlines will be revealed.
      Detroit is getting this advance look - before we send our news
nationally.
      We invite you to be there.

      Bldg. 538, East Service Drive, Detroit Metro Wayne Airport

What the Building Looks Like:
      The Spirit hangar is large, light blue and has the words "Fly
Spirit" in red on its side. It is next to the Delta hangar and before
you get to the Northwest hangar, all on the East Service Drive.

Driving Directions:
      Take I-94 to the Middlebelt Road Exit. If you are coming west,
turn left onto Middlebelt Road. If you are coming east, turn right
onto Middlebelt Road.
      The 3rd light is Lucas Drive, take a right.
      Drive to the end of Lucas Drive and take a left at the stop sign,
this is the East Service Drive. The Spirit hangar is visible from here
and is on the left.

Parking at the hangar:
      Parking is limited, but Delta has agreed to let us use a portion
of their lot. There will be two attendants at the Spirit parking
entrance to direct you to a parking space.
