WHAT:    Spirit Airlines executives will be in attendance as its
         inaugural flight takes off from Ronald Reagan Washington
         National airport. Spirit's CEO Jacob Schorr will be in
         attendance.

WHEN:    Thursday morning ribbon cutting, November 13, 2003, at
         7:00 a.m. Flight #507 departs at 7:30 am, bound for Fort
         Lauderdale continuing to San Juan, Puerto Rico

WHERE:   Terminal A, at Spirit Airlines ticket counter (not necessary
         to go thru security)

We flew to Washington prior to the 9/11 tragedy and now, after a two year absence we are restoring service.
