                  Lauderdale to San Juan, Puerto Rico

WHEN:             Inaugural Flight Festivities

                  Departs Fort Lauderdale 10:50 a.m.
                  Arrives San Juan 2:25 p.m.

WHY:              In celebration of Spirit Airlines' commitment to
                  affordable travel and continuing growth as the
                  low-fare specialist, the Spirit gate will be
                  decorated with flowers and banners along with light
                  refreshments.

MARKETS:          From Fort Lauderdale, Spirit also offers service to:
                  NY/LaGuardia, Atlantic City, serving South Jersey
                  and the Philadelphia area, Detroit and
                  Chicago/O'Hare.

FARES:            Fares start as low as $99 for non-stop travel to San
                  Juan, Puerto Rico.  Fares are good for travel
                  between Nov. 8, 2001 and Jan. 31, 2002.  Holiday
                  blackout periods apply, and tickets must be
                  purchased by Nov. 15, 2001.

                  Fares are based on round-trip purchase and do not
                  include passenger facility charges or international
                  excise taxes.

                  Spirit's low fares never require an advance purchase
                  or a minimum stay. Reservations can be made online
                  at http://www.spiritair.com, by calling toll free at
                  1-800-772-7117, in Spanish at 1-800-756-7117 or
                  through local travel agents.
