Celebrity speakers, health seminars, free screenings and fun kids' stuff -- it's all part of the excitement of TotalHealth. TotalHealth is a full day devoted to health, fitness and family entertainment staged by The Miami Herald on Sunday, November 24, at Sunset Drive (72nd Ave.) between Red Road and U.S. 1. Activities run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

TV personality Alan Thicke will speak on his family's experience with juvenile diabetes, and the Food Network's Kathleen Daelemans will give live demonstrations from her TV show, Cooking Thin.

This is a must-see event for both locals and visitors of all ages. It includes roundtable discussions on a wide spectrum of hot topics like infertility, men's health, teens & drugs, and more. There will also be free health screenings, a Spanish Language Pavilion, the latest trends demonstrated by fitness gurus and Radio Disney activities.
