WHAT:     News conference hosted by the South Dakota Housing
          Development Authority (SDHDA) and Fannie Mae
          (NYSE:FNM), the nation's largest source of home
          mortgage funds, to announce new multi-million dollar
          fund for low down payment, low interest rate
          mortgages. The announcement is part of the SDHDA's
          commitment to increase affordable housing
          opportunities across the state.
