WHAT:  Speech by George Soros, Chairman of Soros Fund Management and
       author of "The Bubble of American Supremacy: Correcting the
       Misuse of American Power." (Public Affairs, 2003)

       Following Soros's speech several University of Chicago faculty
       members will participate in a discussion of the issues he
       raised. Soros will then take questions from the audience.
