client/server architecture, is designed from the ground up
to ensure large-scale deployment and interoperability
across multiple networks. Its Push-To-Talk solution is
fully compliant with the IP multimedia subsystem (IMS)
standardization, announced in February by industry
leaders including Ericsson, Nokia and Siemens. Sonim's
low-footprint client software is optimized for Intel PXA
250 and PXA 210 Applications Processors on a variety of
mobile devices, using the Integrated Performance Primitives
(IPP) to deliver highly bandwidth efficient voice services
such as PTT.

to deliver high-margin voice services. This standards-based
solution provides real-time communication services such as
Push-To-Talk that combine the flexibility of mobile
messaging with the ease-of-use of voice. The end-to-end,
IP-based solution creates significant new revenue streams
and delivers superior 'return on bandwidth' for mobile
