SofTECH, the North Bay's Software and Information Technology Association develops and presents topics of technical and business interest each month. In April we addressed Software Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). In May, we're having an event featuring Apple Computer's Peter Lowe; who will present their iTunes Gotta Love Their Innovative Spirit
As would be expected, hackers have found ways to circumvent the iTunes "share-but-not-save" feature. Utilities such as myTunes and ourTunes were developed to make copies of someone else's music collection. Although new versions of iTunes void such usage, newer versions of the copy programs seem inevitable. See iPod, FairPlay and digital jukebox.
