Bonnie preserves NASA GRC history in its various documented forms for use by NASA staff and those interested in researching aviation and space history. Ms. Smith will discuss her work as the archivist for the GRC, where she is in the process of establishing GRC's first Archives. The new Archives is designed to identify the records that have historical value, perform appropriate preservation techniques, and maintain and store the historical records. Ms. Smith has some great stories to share with us about GRC history. She also will share with us her insights into the technical publications taking place at GRC, as well as some of the laboratory research that is being archived.
