ADVISORY/SimDesk to Rally Support for SimHouston Project.

Business/Assignment Editors

ADVISORY...for Tuesday Tuesday: see week.  (Oct. 15)

--(BUSINESS WIRE)

WHO: SimDesk Technologies Inc. (formerly Internet Access
                  Technologies Inc.)

WHAT: Rally to Show Support of the SimHouston Project

WHERE/WHEN: Tuesday, October 15, 2002
                  10 A.M., CST
City Hall Annex Building (901 Bagby; Houston, Texas)

WHY: A special City Council meeting has been called on
Tuesday, October 15, 2002 at 1 p.m. to vote on
whether a contract between the City of Houston and
                  SimDesk Technologies (formerly Internet Access
Technologies) should be removed. Should city council
vote to cancel this contract, SimHouston would no
longer be available to Houston residents and SimDesk
would have to disconnect 62,500 users from their
accounts and discard over 250,000 stored documents.

calendar, and contact manager, spreadsheet, and
                      file manager.

-- SimHouston bridges the digital divide because it
provides access to people who otherwise could
not afford the cost of traditional software.

-- SimHouston allows users to save and retrieve
                      documents from any Internet-ready device
(computer, hand-held device, cell phone, etc.)
                      anywhere in the world.
