--(BUSINESS WIRE)

WHAT: The Entertainment Technology World Conference and Expo
represents the confluence of traditional Hollywood filmmaking
with the most advanced digital technologies. The only trade
show of its kind is the result of a merger of The ShowBiz
Expo, Hollywood's oldest and only trade show for the film
production industry, and the LA Digital Video Show (LADV), the
fast growing trade show for the digital media professional.

Mindshare Ventures, which acquired ShowBiz Expo earlier this
year, has been able to attract major exhibitors like
Panavision, Adobe, Apple, Avid, Sony, Canon, Discreet,
Panasonic and Pinnacle. This year, Entertainment Technology
World is expected to draw approximately 15,000 attendees and
300 exhibitors, sponsors and participating companies.

Another element transforming ShowBiz Expo into Entertainment
Technology World is The Digital Distribution Pavilion on the
expo floor. The Pavilion will include a vast spectrum of new
products and technology options currently available in
entertainment today. There will also be a multitude of career
advancing opportunities like The Writer's Walk-In Pitch
Clinic. Up-and-comers will have their screenplay pitch heard,
critiqued and evaluated by industry experts like Gary Goldman
("Pretty Woman") and Ron Shusett ("Alien," "Minority Report").

WHO: Rick Friedman, Co-Founder and CEO, Mindshare Ventures, will be
available for interviews to discuss his vision and the
challenges he faced putting on the entertainment industry's
largest and most unique conference and expo.

        Speakers Include:

2003 Project Greenlight winners Kyle Rankin and Efran Potelle
will discuss their experiences in the making of "The Battle of
Shaker Heights" along with co-founder Chris Moore and veteran
        cinematographer Tom Ackerman.

        Jerry Lewis, Filmmaker, Comedian, Auteur

Bob Dowling, Publisher/Editor-In-Chief of the Hollywood
        Reporter

Vilmos Zsigmond, Oscar winning cinematographer ("Close
Encounters of the Third Kind," "The Deer Hunter,"
        "Deliverance" and "The Crossing Guard")

WHEN: Expo Floor Hours:
        Friday, June 27th, 12 noon to 7 p.m.
        Saturday, June 28th, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
