Who:        Officials from the U.S. State Department, OMB, U.S. Small
            Business Administration, U.S. Export-Import Bank,
            U.S.-Iraq Business Council, U.S. Congress, the Working
            Group on Iraq, RAND, Halliburton KBR, Save the Children &
            UNICEF, among others.

What:       Equity International will hold the second Iraqi
            Reconstruction Conference in Washington, DC, July 1 & 2,
            2003. The event follows the tremendous success of the
            first conference, which drew more than 600 top government
            officials, corporate executives, humanitarian leaders and
            diplomats from more than 25 nations.

            The reconstruction of Iraq is the largest rebuilding
            effort since World War II, with costs estimated to exceed
            $60 billion.   IRC is an open dialogue forum which means
            to educate attendees about the processes required to take
            part in the reconstruction effort, while providing the
            critical industry and government contacts to facilitate
            success.

            General and breakout sessions will feature top government,
            corporate and diplomatic officials addressing:
            humanitarian aid and emergency assistance, funding for
            Iraqi reconstruction, international perspectives on Iraq's
            reconstruction, reconstruction priorities and programs,
            contracting and subcontracting opportunities for
            corporations in the private sector, with a special focus
            on small and minority-owned businesses.

When:       July 1, 7:15am (registration); Sessions: 8:15a.m.-5:30p.m;
            Networking reception 5:30pm- 6:30pm.
            July 2, Sessions: 8:30am-12:15p.m.
