Bradley Joondeph:

Constitutional Law professor at Santa Clara University School of Law Bradley Joondeph was a judicial clerk for Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, United States Supreme Court beginning July 1999, and served as clerk to Justice O'Connor for October Term 1999.

Margaret Russell:

Professor of constitutional law, Russell is Chair of the board of directors of the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California and a vice president of the National American Civil Liberties Union.

Gerald Uelmen:

Former Dean of Santa Clara University School of Law, Uelmen has served as president of California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, California Academy of Appellate Lawyers, and Santa Clara County Bar Association Law Foundation. He served as dean at Santa Clara from 1986 to 1994. In 1994-95, he served on the defense team for the trial of People v. O.J. Simpson.

Edward Steinman
